Good to know: The Arctic Cat 700 is a buggy with a powerful 695 cm³ liquid-cooled engine, automatic CVT transmission and switchable 2WD/4WD. It is permitted from Aphrodite's Rock to the Blue Lagoon, so you can reach Lara Beach, Avakas Gorge, the EDRO III shipwreck, the Sea Caves and the Blue Lagoon.

Good to know: The Fangpower Sniper FX 400 is a buggy with lower ground clearance and is easy to handle, therefore we primarily recommend it for exploring the southwestern part of the Akamas Peninsula. With it, you can reach places such as Lara Beach, the Avakas Gorge, the Viklari - The Last Castle, the EDRO III shipwreck, the Sea Caves area, and the banana plantations. Safety goggles are included in the rental price. This model cannot be used in the direction of the Blue Lagoon and Latchi.

Thanks to its three-person seating, it's ideal for families or smaller groups, and the high ground clearance and all-wheel drive offer freedom on routes that would be more difficult to traverse with a lower-built buggy.
Come2Cyprus tip: If three of you want to explore Akamas together, the 3-seater Polaris RANGER XP 1000 is one of the best choices. Thanks to its high ground clearance and serious off-road capabilities, you can also head towards the Blue Lagoon with it, and in the meantime, explore the more mountainous, north-western parts of the Akamas Peninsula. On the way, you can even stop in Kathikas or at Latchi harbour.
